Cancellation and returns policy
Any damaged caused during transportation must be reported within 14 days of the date that the goods have been signed as received (“the goods received date”).
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the goods received date. As each piece is unique and handmade to order when we have received the item and they have been checked for damage we will refund 50% of the cost of the item (excluding delivery charges). Postage costs will be also be refunded if there is a fault with the item. Refunds will not be made for items returned after 14 days of the goods received date. Refunds will be made by the original method of payment.
Warranty (for orders delivered within UK):
Although unlikely, should an item fail to correspond with specification or show a defect in material or workmanship then for a period of 12 months from the goods received date we will exchange the product or provide a refund of the cost of the product (excluding delivery charges). If a replacement is provided the warranty period on the replacement product will be for 12 months from the goods received date of the replacement product. Landfall 3D Art will use its own discretion in determining whether a product meets the criteria for a claim under the warranty and we will not make a refund or replace items that have been ill treated (see notes below) or where an attempt to repair has been made by any third party.
Warranty (for orders delivered outside of the UK):
Unfortunately I am unable to offer a warranty on artwork that is delivered outside of the UK.
Please note that these models are to be used as artwork only and should not be used for navigation.
Notes for hanging and maintaining your hand made artwork
NOTE for transport: Please do not leave the artwork within a vehicle when in full sun. The inside temperatures may exceed the working range of the materials and adhesives used.
